A consultation is required before any representation of a client(s). Please fill out the form linked above to request a booking. See our consultation policy below. Consultation Policy: Consultations are subject to client/consultant privilege and are confidential. Consultations do not automatically make a person a client of the firm. To be a client of the firm, whether agreed during or after the consultation, a service agreement will be prepared and signed by both parties. A written consultation agreement will be signed between both parties before a consultation can occur as required by the College. Legal advice will not be given during a consultation. Consultations will be online via Zoom unless otherwise discussed via email or over the phone. Consultations will be scheduled for 45 minutes. A 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or changes to the appointment. If a cancellation or change is made 24 hours or more before the appointment, you will receive a refund of your consultation fee. Payments will be made prior to the consultation. Payments are accepted via e-transfer or PayPal.
